What are your hours of operation?:

A customer service representative is available to answer your calls via our toll free number (1-888-829-6436) or our in house number (1-604-885-6436) Monday to Friday, PST 10:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday, PST 10:00am-5:00pm.

E-mail works best, you can contact us any time via our e-mail moorestockinquiries@gmail.com. We will get back to you within (1) business day or sooner.

How often are the collections updated?:

All the time! Keep checking back to see what comes in.

Can I make a clothing suggestion?:

Yes please! Send us a note to moorestockinquiries@gmail.com with your suggestions. We will keep it in mind when sourcing new products.

Shipping and Payments

Do you ship worldwide?:

Not at this time. Currently we just ship within Canada.

How much will shipping cost?:

Shipping within Western Canada (BC, AB, MB and SK) over the amount of $49.00 (before taxes)**  is covered by us! Shipping for orders under $49.00 is $12.00 in Western Canada and $17.00 in Eastern Canada and the Territories.

What types of payment do you accept?:

Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?: 

Yes we do. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?:

Your order will be processed and shipped within (2)business days and should arrive to you within 5-7 business days (depending on your location). 

Do you charge sales tax?:

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in Canadian Dollars and do not include GST or PST. 
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the products. GST and the equivalent provincial sales tax will be added to purchase at time of checkout. GST and the equivalent provincial sales tax is subject to change and users of the Moorestock Website will not be informed by Moorestock if a change occurs.

How do I cancel an order?:

Please contact one of our representatives via e-mail moorestockinquiries@gmail.com or call (1-888-829-6436) within 24 hours of order being placed to ensure your order is cancelled prior to shipping.

Is there a warranty on my items?: 

Each brand's warranties are specific to them. Any quality concerns, please contact us via e-mail at moorestockinquiries@gmail.com

What is a CSC Code?:

For MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, the CSC is the last three digits in the signature area on the back of your card. For American Express, the CSC is a group of four digits on front of the card.

 

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to fulfill international order requests. Please stay tuned for when we add this service in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Returns and Exchanges

How can I cancel my order?:

Please contact us within 24 hours of order placement via e-mail at moorestockinquiries@gmail.com or via our customer service line during business hours, at 1-888-829-6436.

Can I exchange a garment that doesn’t fit me?: 

Of course! Please contact our customer service team for more assistance.

My item arrived damaged! Help!:

All items are hand checked by one of our staff members before they are sent out to you, but unfortunately, accidents happen! Please contact us ASAP via e-mail moorestockinquiries@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you in rectifying the situation. 

What is your online return policy?:

All items must be in the condition they were originally received in, including all packing, tags and a proof of purchase. Only unworn items will be accepted. For regular priced items, you have 14 days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange. Any items purchased on sale and bathing suits are final sale.

Am I responsible for the shipping cost on returns?:

Yes, all return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Am I able to return my shoes if I no longer have the shoe box?:

No. All items must be in the condition they were originally received in, including all packing, tags and a proof of purchase. Only unworn items will be accepted. 

Can I return my shoes if I have worn them once?:

We require all returns be unworn and in original packaging to be returned. Including all packing, tags and a proof of purchase. Only unworn items will be accepted. 

What happens if my shoes don’t meet the Return Requirements after you have inspected them?:

They will be returned to you with a note in regards to why they did not meet our Return Requirements.

Do you store credit card details?:

Yes, within the ‘My Account’ option all of your details will be securely saved for convenience towards your next purchase.

Can I unsubscribe to Moorestock's emails?:

We would hate to see you go, however simply click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails.
